Joey is the Agency Administrator for Elfin Services, a locally owned Home Care and Care Management Agency. He is a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association - OR/SW WA Chapter, the Committee Chair for The Longest Day Volunteer Committee, Board Member of the Chapter's Leadership Board, Volunteer Support Group Facilitator and the Co-Choir Director for the Sing Here Now Choir in Vancouver. He serves as the Fundraising Chair for SW Washington Elder Abuse Prevention Coalition and holds a position on the Advisory Council for HOPE A Dementia Support Group.
