Ridgefield Raptors
RCC: Please give a little background or history on your business, and describe the business/services.
The Ridgefield Raptors inaugural season in SW Washington was 2019 at the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex. The Raptors play in the West Coast League (15 teams from Oregon, Washington, British Columbia and Alberta), a high-level college wood bat league. The players that arrive annually in Ridgefield are from college programs from around the country. The Raptors pride themselves in offering SW Washington affordable entertainment and gathering in a beautiful setting! The Raptors averaged 1,400 fans per game in 2025, which brought 50,000 fans to the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex! Bring your families, friends, employees and enjoy great summer nights with the Ridgefield Raptors!
RCC: Please share some highlights about your business – unique offerings, employee benefits, community involvement – things you’re proud of that stand out.
The Raptors are proud of the vast community partnerships we partner in. In 2025 we donated over $40,000 to non-profits that support cancer (Pink Lemonade with Waste Connections, First Responders with Kindness 911 supported by Riverview Bank, food insecurity partnership with the Safeway/Albertsons Nourishing Neighbors program and 100's of in-kind donations for local groups for raffles, auctions, etc. We are proud in our company's vision to help the communities we live in!
RCC: What do you like most about being part of the Ridgefield community? (If you’re located outside of Ridgefield, please talk a little bit about how your business ties into the area).
We love the dynamic growth in SW Washington and specifically Ridgefield. It's an exciting time to parallel the growth of our business and the community we live in! We focus on being affordable for families and present a family focused friendly product! Bring your families and friends and experience the atmosphere during our beautiful summers in the pacific Northwest!
