RCC: Please share some highlights about your business – unique offerings, employee benefits, community involvement – things you’re proud of that stand out.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and building relationships with our clients and patients. Our response time is very good and turnaround time for results is quick and efficient. We work hard to have a great working environment for our staff. We provide competitive wages, dental/medical insurance, simple IRA contributions and matching, education reimbursement, company team building and events. Most of my staff has been with me since the beginning and returned after working with me at previous employers. I have the best staff! We donate and provide resources to the free clinic in Battle Ground, WA that serves Cowlitz and Clark County. We support and donate to Share house, humane society, community house, Lower Columbia College Foundation, to name a few. I have a board position on the LCC Foundation, I belong to WEO, Longview/Kelso Chamber, East Vancouver and Ridgefield Chambers. I enjoy mentoring new business owners and supporting women lead/owned businesses'.

RCC: What do you like most about being part of the Ridgefield community? (If you’re located outside of Ridgefield, please talk a little bit about how your business ties into the area).

We provide services from Centralia to Portland. We have traveled all over WA state to provide mobile services. I have enjoyed watching Ridgefield grow and love being part of such a fun chamber and community. We have donated to Ridgefield events and just donated to the swag bags for the wine walk.

RCC: Is there anything else you’d like to share or call out in your Member Spotlight?

I believe in building relationships and feel your business will be successful. I am not a salesperson, rather a relationship builder.
