About Washington Trust Bank Founded in 1902, Washington Trust Bank is the oldest and largest independently owned full-service commercial bank in the Northwest. RCC: Please share some highlights about your business – unique offerings, employee benefits, community involvement – things you’re proud of that stand out.

Like Washington Trust, Amy is locally invested in the Northwest. She has deep ties to southwest Washington and is involved with numerous community and professional organizations outside the bank including Battle Ground Rotary Foundation, Boy Scouts of America – Cascade Pacific Council, Camp Hope of Southwest Washington, Leadership Clark County, and Listen Line Community Services.

RCC: What do you like most about being part of the Ridgefield community? (If you’re located outside of Ridgefield, please talk a little bit about how your business ties into the area).

One of the things I love most about Ridgefield is the close-knit community we have. Beautiful parks and neighborhoods, numerous community events, and a diverse local business environment help make this a great place to live, work and play. That even spills over from personal life into the professional world. As a small business relationship manager, I support local businesses by helping them achieve their financial goals, which often leads to growth and expansion. At Washington Trust Bank, our “community-first” model, which involves local decision making and community giving, means I get to help my clients and our community thrive.

With over 27 years of experience, Amy is a leader in the local financial industry specializing in relationship management. Having worked in customer service, account management, and branch management roles before becoming a small business banker, Amy uses her expertise to create custom solutions for clients and help them achieve their goals. Her favorite thing about working with small businesses is getting to know her clients and providing personalized, one-on-one service to help their businesses and communities thrive.
