Happy Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics

Happy Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics started over 22 years ago as a single 4-operatory practice. Since then we've grown into a multi-location pediatric dental and orthodontics group with seven locations across Washington, including Longview, Chehalis, Federal Way, Auburn, Gig Harbor, and now Ridgefield. Our owners are Dr. Hani Eid, Dr. Yazan Jaber, and Dr. Sukhmani Jassar, our CEO is Hazar Jaber, and our COO is Brittany Cole. Ten pediatric dentists have chosen to build their careers at Happy Kids, and Hazar and Brittany have worked hard to build a strong team - many of them local individuals who started as dental assistants, showed talent, and grew into managing bigger and better things. Everything we do comes back to one thing: helping kids build a healthy mouth so they can grow up healthy overall.

We work hard to make the whole dental visit process smooth for families, and we invest in technology, people, and our locations to stay relevant and make visits easy and fast. We know parents are busy and want the best care for their kids, so we try to get as much done as possible in one visit while keeping things quick - and we can do that because of our highly trained staff and the technology we use. We use a tool called Sleeper One so kids don't feel numbness or pain, which lets us comfortably get more done in a visit. We also have nitrous oxide available when needed, and electric handpieces that make drilling quieter, faster, and a lot less stressful for kids than traditional drills. For kids who need it, we offer treatment under general anesthesia, and we offer braces and Invisalign for kids and teens - we believe a child getting braces shouldn't lose out on their oral health, so we watch both at the same time. We built our culture around four values - Happy, Kind, Open-Minded, and Dedicated - and we coach and empower our team to actually live those out at work, not just talk about them. Our people are here because they want a career working with kids and making a difference in their lives, and we treat every child who comes through our doors like our own. We've lived in Ridgefield for 20 years, and bringing Happy Kids here has been something we wanted to do for a long time. We actually had a space secured before Covid and had to back out of that deal. Then as Pioneer Village filled up, we couldn't find the right spot for us - until the old Arktana space became available, and we knew we couldn't let that chance pass us by.

We're proud to finally be bringing Happy Kids to the community we call home, and we're looking forward to being part of Ridgefield for years to come.
