Catalyst360 Solutions

RCC: Please give a little background or history on your business, and describe the business/services.

Catalyst360 Solutions was founded in May 2025 by me, Alexis Tatham, after years of working in the Salesforce ecosystem across both nonprofit and commercial organizations. I started the business because I saw a real gap - organizations that needed serious Salesforce expertise but didn't always have the budget or the need for a large consulting firm. Catalyst360 fills that space. We specialize in CRM consulting - everything from building out complex data models and automations to cleaning up existing orgs, migrating data, and helping teams actually use the platform the way it was meant to work. If you've ever found yourself managing your business out of 20 different spreadsheets and still can't get a clear picture of what's going on, that's exactly the kind of problem we solve. I help businesses get their data organized, connected, and actually reportable - so you can spend less time digging and more time deciding. What makes us a little different is that we keep it small and intentional. You're not handed off to a junior consultant - you work directly with me, and I bring real depth to every engagement. I'm based in Kalama, and I love being part of a community that supports local business owners doing meaningful work.

RCC: Please share some highlights about your business – unique offerings, employee benefits, community involvement – things you’re proud of that stand out.

One thing I'm really proud of is the level of expertise clients get without the big-agency price tag. When you work with Catalyst360, you're working with a seasoned consultant who has spent years in the trenches across nonprofits, small businesses, and commercial organizations - not someone who was certified last month. That experience translates directly into faster, smarter solutions for my clients. I'm also proud of how I approach engagements. I'm not trying to sell you more than you need. My goal is to understand your business, solve the actual problem, and leave you in a better place than I found you. Many clients come to me overwhelmed and leave with clarity. Although Catalyst360 is still in its early days, I've already had the opportunity to donate my services to a local nonprofit - because I believe in putting expertise to work for the community, not just for the bottom line. On the community side, I serve on the Board of Directors of the Kalama Chamber of Commerce and on the Membership Committee for Women Entrepreneurs Organization. Supporting other business owners - especially women building something of their own - is something I'm genuinely passionate about.

RCC: What do you like most about being part of the Ridgefield community? (If you’re located outside of Ridgefield, please talk a little bit about how your business ties into the area).

While Catalyst360 is based in Kalama, the Ridgefield area feels like a natural extension of the community I'm part of. Southwest Washington is a close-knit region, and the businesses here - whether in Ridgefield, Kalama, or anywhere in between - share a similar spirit: hardworking, independent, and invested in each other's success. I joined the Ridgefield Chamber to connect with that network. Small and mid-sized businesses are exactly who I serve, and so many of them are right here in our own backyard. Being part of this chamber gives me the opportunity to meet those business owners, understand what they're up against, and hopefully be a resource when the time is right. There's something really special about supporting businesses that are local and real - not faceless corporations, but people who live here, employ their neighbors, and care about this community. That's who I want to work with, and that's why being part of Ridgefield matters to me.

RCC: Is there anything else you’d like to share or call out in your Member Spotlight?

If I could leave one thing with anyone reading this, it's that CRM doesn't have to be scary or out of reach. A lot of small business owners hear "CRM" and think it's something only big companies with big budgets need - but that's exactly the myth I'm here to bust. Whether you're a solo operator or a growing team, having your customer data organized and working for you is a game changer. If you've ever thought "we should really get our act together on this" - that's the conversation I love to have. No pressure, no jargon, just a straight talk about where you are and what might actually help.
