The Graeff Group with eXp Realty is a SW Washington-based Real Estate team consisting of Amy and Tasha Graeff. Amy is a broker with deep roots in the Vancouver community and a current Ridgefield resident. Amy and the Graeff family have been long-standing, respected business owners in Clark County for over 40 years. Amy studied Architecture at Portland State University, and she and Tasha have worked in hospitality for over two decades. They both bring a design-focused, quality-obsessed perspective to their Real Estate practice. Tasha uses her marketing expertise to plan immersive experiences for the open houses, advertising and buying & selling process that the duo creates for their clients and community.

The Graeff Group’s mission is to elevate the experience of finding, buying and selling homes for first-time and seasoned Pacific Northwest homeowners. We make the hunt fun and the transaction simple, straightforward and stress-free. We leverage our deep connections and search relentlessly to find listings that meet our standards. Tasha and Amy are involved with health rights activism and have spoken at Clark College, Legacy Health Hospital and WSU.
RCC: What do you like most about being part of the Ridgefield community? (If you’re located outside of Ridgefield, please talk a little bit about how your business ties into the area).
After spending years living and working in larger cities, becoming a part of the close-knit Ridgefield community has been a breath of fresh air. Amy and Tasha have embraced the feeling of small-town pride, the lush landscape and the opportunity to put down roots.
